We use our strawberry rhubarb pie filling made with organic strawberries and ripe rhubarb spiced with vanilla, baked in a soft sugar cookie with lattice butter pie crust and sprinkled with raw sugar. Each Cookie Pie is 3oz.

    I did love these! They were delicious. I was expecting more of a pie type crust, but the sugar cookie was still great! I'll go back for more at the farmers market.
