Made with Colorado Palisade Peaches ( July through September) spiced with cinnamon and rich vanilla baked in a soft sugar cookie, lattice butter pie crust and sprinkled with raw sugar. Each Cookie Pie is 3oz. January - Early June we use Georgia stone peaches.
